Statement from Chair: The 43rd year of the Novi Chamber of Commerce brings us a challenging economic environment with emerging hope for the future. The restructuring of the automotive industry continues while government loans and bailout monies are being paid back. Through it all, Novi is still one of the few communities in Southeast Michigan where a business can grow and sustain itself. Excellent location, great education and a safe environment defines Novi. I am proud to be elected as your Chairman and, as you can see, I am an eternal optimist always trying to see the glass as half full. You elected a Board of Directors that is made up of entrepreneurs and business/community leaders who know how to help businesses plan, survive and thrive. This is your Chamber and we are here to promote a healthy business community. As your newly elected Board of Directors, we intend to make sure that you have the opporunity to promote your business to the membership and to create meaningful programs that will help grow your business especially in this economy.
