Leadership Novi is an immersive program designed to develop and nurture leaders through community processes and leadership development. The program will run October – May (one full day per month) and participants will engage in discussions with established leaders, go behind-the-scenes at the region’s key institutions, build their leadership skills & create a lasting network of contacts.
